1. Where it is a first time application to have a PVG check, the Disclosure Scotland application fee is £59.00.
2. If the applicant is already a member of the PVG Scheme having had a check before, and has been checked previously for the vulnerable group(s) being applied for this time, the Disclosure Scotland application fee is £18.00.
3. If the applicant is already a member of the PVG Scheme, and is adding a vulnerable group they have not been checked for previously, the Disclosure Scotland application fee is £59.00.
